Position

Develops original character concepts, reference sheets and visual continuity rules for approved SSAI Studios productions. Reviews characters, costumes and props across shots and records corrections for the story and video teams.

Responsibilities

• Create distinct original character concepts and document silhouette, face, costume, palette and prop details.
• Prepare front, side, back and three-quarter reference views, expression and pose sheets, and identity invariants.
• Review approved shots for face, hair, costume, proportions and prop continuity; record frame-linked corrections.

Proposed trial delivery targets

These are planning targets for a defined short-form trial, not established performance or an unconditional deadline. Each clock begins only after the stated brief, inputs, tools and reviewer are accepted.

• Two visual design directions: proposed within four accepted working hours of a complete brief.
• Character and prop bible: proposed within eight accepted working hours after a direction and story are selected.
• Consolidated continuity corrections: proposed within four accepted working hours of feedback.

Handoff and authority

Supplies a versioned character bible and approved references to Mira and Tessa. Character identity decisions require review before design lock; Celeste does not approve the story or final release.

Administrative reporting to Charlotte Hayes is proposed, not confirmed. Production tools and capability require validation. Independent quality review and Owner approval remain separate from this role.
