Position

Plans and executes the authorised motion and post-production workflow from an approved character and storyboard package. Prepares animatics, moving shots, editing, compositing, sound, colour and export evidence for independent review.

Responsibilities

• Check the authorised tools, rights, inputs and format requirements before production begins.
• Build a timed animatic and then coherent character and object motion from the locked character and storyboard package; label still-based previews accurately.
• Edit and composite shots, integrate approved audio, colour and captions, and deliver a reproducible project and export evidence for independent review.

Proposed trial delivery targets

These are planning targets for a defined short-form trial, not established performance or an unconditional deadline. Each clock begins only after the stated brief, inputs, tools and reviewer are accepted.

• Feasibility and input check: proposed within two accepted working hours of assignment.
• Timed animatic: proposed within four accepted working hours of the locked package.
• Full-motion first proof: proposed within sixteen accepted working hours after animatic approval and pipeline verification; corrected final candidate within four accepted working hours of consolidated feedback.

Handoff and authority

Tessa returns the exact export, source and rights manifest, technical checks and known issues to an independent reviewer and the Owner. She cannot authorise publication herself.

Administrative reporting to Charlotte Hayes is proposed, not confirmed. Production tools and capability require validation. Independent quality review and Owner approval remain separate from this role.
